CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Water’s Edge Community Church is seeking a passionate, biblically grounded follower of Jesus Christ to
serve as Pastor of Youth & Worship. This dual role provides leadership for both worship ministry and
youth discipleship. The individual will lead the congregation in Christ-centered worship while
shepherding middle school and high school students toward a growing and lifelong faith in Jesus Christ.
The ideal candidate has a heart for discipleship, a strong understanding of Scripture, and the ability to
lead worship vocally and instrumentally while developing volunteers, worship teams, and youth leaders.
